🐾 Yamana Pet Return & Refund Policy
At Yamana Pet, our mission is to deliver comfort, care, and quality to every pet parent. While we strive to ensure every order is purr-fect 🐱, we understand that issues may arise. This policy explains how we handle delays, damages, wrong items, returns, and refunds—and how you can request a resolution smoothly.
🚚 1. Late delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived after a certain period, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement:
United States: after 45 days
Most other countries: after 60 days
Liquid product lines: after 100 days
Brazil: after 110 days
Please contact us with your order number and tracking info if your order is delayed beyond the timeframe.
📬 2. Tracking Says Delivered, But You Didn't Receive It
If tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your order:
Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
If it still can’t be located, you may need to provide a certificate of non-receipt from your local post office.
Once confirmed, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.
💥 3. Damaged Products
We carefully package all items, but if something arrives damaged:
Severely damaged items: Full refund or resend
Minor cosmetic damage: Partial refund or replacement

Note: Packaging-only damage is not eligible for a refund.
❌ 4. Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong product, incorrect size or color, or your order is missing parts:
We will resend the correct item, offer a refund, or send missing components.
Please provide a photo of what you received and a brief explanation.
🚫 5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed. Custom or pre-order items cannot be canceled once fulfillment has started.
🌪️ 6. Situations Beyond Our Control
Refunds or replacements may not be available for issues caused by:
Natural disasters
Customs delays
Global pandemics
Labor strikes
Remote area delivery delays
🛋️ 7. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify:
The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return:

If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and fix the issue.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools, beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
💸Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process.
